Planning Application submitted for 21 Lime Walk

Working in lockdown has not been ideal, but after a series of Zoom meetings with the Client, the scheme has been finalised and an application has now been submitted to the planners at Buckingamshire Council.

The proposals would take the existing house from 1,900ft2 to over 3,800ft2, by adding a first floor and increasing the roof height in line with others nearby.

The Clients have some great ideas for the interior design and have been a pleasure to work for.
