What We Offer

Architectural Design

Architectural Design

Creative design comes from collaboration and exploration between you and your architect. We work closely with you to capture your vision right at the start so that as the design develops your ideas are being realised, from concept right through to detailed design and coordinating with other specialists and craftspeople.

Planning

Every project should be reviewed to ensure that Statutory Regulations are met, whether it falls under permitted development or needs a detailed planning application. With over 40 years experience of dealing with Local Authorities we will navigate you through this process.

Planning
Building Regulations

Building Regulations

Whether it’s alteration, extension or a brand new building, all must meet the minimum construction standards set out in the Building Regulations. These statutory regulations consider materials, workmanship, structure, fire safety, insulation and energy conservation and much more, and we can guide you through each step of this process from design considerations through to notifying the Local Authority of building works.

Project Management

We take a hands on approach, working closely with everyone involved in your project to ensure that your vision is realised throughout each stage. This helps to ensure that delays, complications and red tape are managed out of the process and starts with a flexible procurement route tailored to your individual needs.

Contract Administration

Contract Administration

We’re here to help you avoid the complications and uncertainty of working with Building Contractors, and so it is important to ensure that a written agreement is in place before building starts. With over 40 years experience we’ve seen it all and can guide you though the most suitable contracts for your individual needs.

Party Wall

If your property has a neighbour close by or includes work to your boundary then it is likely that you will have a duty under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 to agree the detail of the works with them before you start in order to prevent disputes later on. We can offer advice on the requirements of the Act and whether your project is affected, and can act as your Party Wall Surveyor to facilitate any agreement between you and your neighbour.
