What data we collect & how we collect it

  • When visitors submit a contact form message we collect the data shown in the form including your name, email address and telephone numbers;
  • When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
  • When you call or attend our office, make an enquiry or otherwise correspond with us we will collect only that information which relates to the successful delivery of your project. 

How we use your data

We will only use your personal data when there is a legitimate reason for the purposes of contacting you or successfully delivering your project. 

We may process your personal data (without your knowledge or consent) where this is required or permitted by law.

We will only send marketing communications (whether by post or email) to you where you have either instructed us to provide architectural services and you have not opted out of receiving such communications or otherwise given your consent. We will only hold your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including the purposes of satisfying any project, legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

In accordance with data protection laws, you have certain legal rights in relation to your data.

We will respond to your request to access, update or delete your information within 10 working days. Please note that before we are able to share, alter or delete any information, we may ask you to verify your identity. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who does not have the right to receive it.
