31 Stanley Hill Avenue approved!

Planning approvals have been coming in thick and fast recently.

Firstly, a proposal for extensive re-modelling and extensions to a detached house in Amersham have been approved. Considering that the pre-app advice on the scheme recommended that the scheme be reduced in size – revisions that we did not take on board – receiving planning approval is particularly satisfying.

A Building Regulations application is in place, and the Client is now preparing to vacate the house for works to start in the New Year.
